Fajitas

3 lbs of skirt or flank steak
1 large onion
2 green peppers
2 tomatoes
2 cups mozzarella shredded cheese
Cooking oil

Variation:
5 slices of bacon
1 lb of fresh white mushrooms

 

Procedure:

Cut the onion by the sides on a vertical angle to get long strips. Chop the steak in long strips. Do the same with the green pepper. Cut the tomatoes in medium chunks.

If using bacon and mushrooms, cut them in small pieces.

Start by pooring oil in two Pans, one with the vegtables and one with the meat.

If you use bacon fry it first with the onion, then include the rest of the vegetables.

When cooked, mix the two Pans and serve in a Fajita Grill, put some cheese on top for it to melt.
